Nice picture. It looks like it was "in the boonies" at that time, almost.

When I first read the title of this topic, I thought of "aerial" as in "antenna", and I figured it would be an early antenna.

Ditto! I guess for antennas, we have to look here for ch 4. Ahhh, you can almost smell the RF! :yes::

Since the NTSC shut-off, I suspect that some of the older towers will come down, :( KNBC currently transmits digital on Ch. 36.
