It even has the origonal owners manual!

Why couldn't this be in Oregon :(

"Kaybee" Halbert, huh? I'm not even going to ask where that came from. I'm not really all that fond of blondes ( other than my girlfriend ;)) but I would have bought one of these in a heartbeat if I'd seen it around here somewhere. Just check the capacitors, test a few resistors and tubes, and that thing would probably be ready to go.

I sure would like to have that! It's a "Hideaway" model with the 20" rectangular tube, and 253 chassis. That's way down near Houston, so I probably will have to pass on it.

Weird a K-H would show up in Texas! Most of those ended up on the West coast, hmmm? Someone must have moved.

They were kind of popular in remote areas, since they were one of the first to offer a "DX" model with an extra-hot RF stage, which was better at pulling in distant signals. But since they were made in Culver City, CA, the bulk of them show up in SoCal.
