I'm guessing '29 - '31. Can't quite make out the escutcheon. Any ideas ?

You're right on the era, but don't know the radio.

I believe that it's a 1930-31 Stewart-Warner. They had that style escutcheon and panel cutout.

You're right. It sure does look similar to this 950 series SW I found online. The speaker grille is the same too.
