Tuner trouble (rca 8TS30)
 
Getting snow and faint sound on ch 13, but all the other channels video blinks on and off with no picture and buzz at speaker. Is there an nos replacement for this 49 set or would some one have a good replacement? thanks, chip:scratch2:
