RCA Victor Super
I have an RCA Victor Super that I bought the other night. It powered up w a nice picture and was fine. I laid it on it's back and got it home. Plugged it in and now I just have a small circle (2 or 3 inches) in the middle and sound. Any ideas??

It sounds like your yoke slipped back from the bell of the picture tube when on its back. Take the back off and push it back. The clamp/cover on the yokes seem to deteriorate. There is a thread on that some where, possibly in B/W forum

Thank you Dave......I will try that and let you know!! Darndest thing, it worked fine when I bought it and carefully moved it. So it makes sense seeing it was on its back. Will get back to you soon!

You should NEVER lay sets on their backs. Good way to bust a perfectly good CRT.
