2010 Panny tc-p50c2 one flash error code
 

This seems to pertain to a certian problem in the A board. In these newer plasmas they combined logic and main and DC converter all in one board. This is the second set I ran into with this problem. 15v drops off right after startup causing the code. I have run into various lcd/plasma mainboards like Vizio and the such with bad voltage regulators. This A board has 8 pin regulators. Cannot without schematic tell which one is causing this although the ic under the inpit connectors seem to drop off. Ohm test shows that the regulator is in spec with the other three on the board. any ideas? Board number TNPH0831. The other set I gave up on and replaced the A board and cured the problem. 1 blink indicated in the service manual that its a panel identification failure STD5v SENSE. But 5v standby is always there and 15v from the power supply is there too, but the "15v return"? disspears right after startup. FTB15v constand throught the power cycle but 15v return I think goes away.
