I bought this for $5, But I think the V-Hold is messed up..Is the V-Hold one of the little holes, Thanks for the help

Looks more like the horizontal hold is off. I have nothing on this
set. The 3 holes are probably vert height, vert lin & vert hold.
Be VERY careful trying to adjust them. The tiny pots break easily !!!
Also use an insulated screwdriver, not for risk of shock but
risk of shorting something.
Maybe someone is familiar with this set, I have been in the bowels
of tens of thousands of sets but never this one.

Horizontal running off frequency. Open it up and find the horiz. hold as Zeno has mentioned.. If that control cannot stabilize the picture you have got some circuit work to do.

Ok, on my 1030p the front hole is vertical hold, the middle hole is horizontal hold, and the rear hole is height.
