Thanks. I didn't realize you could sweep 10.7 MHz with a 415. That would have some in handy with my Emerson 602A.

I still have a little bit of the double channel with distortion in between, at least on the 1st one I did. I even tried peaking the IF (narrow bandwidth, no flat top at all) and I still get it, so I don't think it has to do with the slight valley I get in the bandpass. I wonder if its some kind of reflected signal? My plan is to try the radio in a different location (actual different state).

Dave: Thank you for posting this, I just noticed the link here on VK but watched the video a few days ago and it, combined with former member CTC17`s similar videos inspired me to try my 415 for FM radio alignment... mine works exactly like yours does, and just like you, my radio is far from perfect, however it`s getting there and now I know something new.
