Open safari on your ipad and go to the thread where you'd like to post the picture. When you are creating or replying to the thread all you have to do is hit the little paperclip above the text window next to the smiley face. It will open a new "pop up" window with buttons at the top that say "Choose File." When you hit one of those buttons your iPad will ask you "Take Photo or Video", "Choose Existing" or "Cancel." If you select "Choose Existing" it will take you to your pictures. Select the pictures you'd like to upload, when you are finished selecting pictures hit the "Upload" button at the right hand side of the page. Once the upload is complete hit the "Close this window" button at the bottom of the page. That should do it.
