Well after looking for a used one of these antennas i finally found one bit the bullet and bought it.the antenna should arrive here just in time for the weekend :banana:.im going to have to dust off some of my radios and setup a listening post as i havnt used my radios since moving to this house:sigh: im also going to have to figure out how or where im going to run the wires into the house.i really dont want to go through the window and drilling holes is not a option so I was looking at these.

A rotor is another must that im going to have to buy eventually but until i figure out exactly where im going to mount the antenna ill be mounting it to a 50lb piece of cement in which i have a 6 ft pole.

Well I was expecting this to be delivered on Friday but since it was a holiday here I now have to wait until Monday. I was hoping to get it setup and try out this weekend but no go.I did however dig out the receivers I plan to use it with plus the various rf adaptors andother stuff like audio filters etc...iI just hope im not too tired after work tommorow to even unbox it:D
