O wao, is that ever déjà vu. :sing: 'Cept our house brands were RCA and Dumont/Emerson. And the 'paddy wagon' was a '61 Ford Econoline.

Thanks Dave for bringing us up to date. Very nostalgic viewing that small TV shop/store. Not much hype for color tv back then.

yea I was looking for color anything, but could not see it. I remember there were many small tv shops all over the place in so. FL back when I was a kid. but they have all been bulldozed, at least in the pic the building is still there.

The boys could pop over to Jim's after work for a cold 807.

I'd bet Jim's TV looked good too!

There's a Sylvania Dualette in the window!

Yup, better days when programming was a heck of a lot more intelligent and you did not throw away your TV when it broke.

The white Chevy looks like a '63.

Yep, a '63 Impala convertible.

Better angle: http://goo.gl/maps/YFDuq

Here's a picture of it with a 63 Chevy Impala hardtop from a similar angle.
