Whats the best way to seal restuffed electrolytic cans? As for being my first time.. Only thing I can think of is Epoxy glue or super glue..

I just re-crimp them....

How can you do that, when they were cut open?

I don't cut them open...I open up the crimp

I don't see another way to open them up, unless you cut the metal on the bottom part in numerous of spots and bend it all back..

They can be opened without cutting...Usually with sharp tools that can make you stab yourself pretty good if you slip (ask me how I know).

The trick is to get under the crimp lip and pry it up.

I'd consider using silver hot melt glue, or metal ducT tape to re seal the cans you have.

I see now.. I wasn't aware of the lip, I thought the ring the tabs connect to was apart of that too.. My jewelry screw driver could have probably done it.. Too late now.. I wish I would have saw that sticky thread before I did it..
