Can anyone ID this set?

Looks to have a built in radio as well. Kind of unusual for a table model set.

Emerson, don't know the model number.

Steve,
It's an Emerson 628. It's extremely compact and has slide rule tuning for both the AM/FM radio and TV. Quite the table top entertainment center! I sold mine to Steve K at the convention a few years back so you can probably go look at his if it's in California. Darryl |

John & Darryl,
Thanks for the ID on the Emerson 628. I have been to both the ETF and Steve K's home. Didn't recall seeing this particular set. Also the Emerson logo was not present in the photo I submitted. Here's a more detailed photo courtesy ETF. -Steve D. http://www.videokarma.org/attachment...0&d=1437757665 |
It's an Ingraham built cabinet, there was a very nice on on eBay a couple weeks ago.

I notice the color photo in my 2nd post doesn't have the original knobs.

My set is in my home in Wisconsin. The TV works well but I had to replace an oscillator coil to get the AM to work on the radio and the FM still doesn't work. I believe the IF coils have that silver mica problem. It is a horrible radio chassis to work on, you can't get to anything because it is so compact.
