Sony KDL-40XBR2: Power Lights Only
 

My uncle's TV has the symptoms seen in this video of a different model set (minus the splash screen). This suggests to me that one or more of the SMT electrolytics on the "AU" board are faulty. Have any of you dealt with this issue? What else could be the cause?
