On the left is the RCA TK30, RCAs first Image Orthicon camera and the top right the TK30 Camera Control Unit and Power Supply. The TK30 was the most popular camera for late 40s US television and reigned supreme until the TK11 /TK31 in 1951 or so. That dates this late 40's.
