Sharp lc-46Sb57un tv blinking green leds

So I got this set free from a guy that said he accidentally pulled the coax socket out of the back. He had removed the video board and then bought a new TV. I figured since only that part was pulled out and the other inputs were intact, I could use those. I reassembled the tv and turned it on. Only the green power led comes on. It will sit for a minute or so, clicking a relay every few seconds like it's trying to boot up. After about 3 or 4 tries, it's starts blincking 2, 1, 1 then repeats. On 2, it's both power and opc indicators, then 1,1 being only the power blinking. Any idea?

If it's a flat panel, how old is it, 3-5 years is all the capacitors last for . Check the caps see if any are bulging.

2014. Previous owner told me it started codes when he attempted to re solder the coax plug back into the tuner. It's something he caused otherwise this would still be working.
