Can you indentifiy this very old car

Oh hey! It's that guy. Someone on youtube... I believe one of those people that restore old film footage... actually looked up the license plate and found the names of the people in that car. Though, minus the chauffeur, I believe. In that video, he mentions the car name. Look it up.

In Romania we had (before the '40's) public recored of cars too. I wonder how G.D.P.R. generation will react to that.
