Vertical Retrace Lines - Blanking Circuit
 

Anyone know if instructions exist for adding a retrace line blanking circuit to a 1950 Stromberg Carlson TC-19 chassis with a 19AP4?

I have been searching service bulletins and Riders TV modification manuals but do not see one.

Any direction in this area on where to look would be greatly appreciated.
