To92 transistor pf rating

Does anyone know of a to92 npn transistor that has a rating of 5-35pf ?

Transistors are not made as variable capacitors and would not be primarily rated in pF.
Take another look at what you are trying to replace, post more info, schematic and/or photo, and maybe we can figure out what this is.

I’m trying to find a transistor with a higher pf rating to substitute for a varicap. I have read this can be done with using only 2 legs of the transistor.

This was just a quick search - you may be able to find another source if you look.

You might want to look for varactor diodes.

A lot of semiconductor devices display that behavior when diode connected but only varactors are purpose built for that and rated so you know what the capacitors behavior will be.
