In search of 16AP4
Greetings,
I'm in Western Canada and in need of a 16AP4. Can provide a U.S. shipping address. Sincere Thanks Robert |
You will be very VERY lucky to find one of them anywhere, as they are rare, almost unobtainium, as is most metal cone types, they are out there, but good ones are hard to get.
On the other hand, you can covert to an all glass type 16CP4(A), of which ETF has 4, it seems, it should not be too hard to convert over. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...18&single=true |
Generally with metal cone tubes you're more likely to find a parts TV than a loose metal cone CRT, and either way if you are looking for a metal cone it's often a several months to years search. If a compatible glass type is available now it's worth doing.

Thank you both for thoughtful information.
I will check with museum. Merry Christmas, best for '25 RGM |
