Projection TVs as "photocopy" in SAMS Photofacts Directory

Hi!

I'm helping a friend with a projection TV RCA PFR-100WR, who wants schematics and/or service manual.

I'm trying to find him the Sams Photofact for this model, but when I look in the SAMS directory, under RCA PRF100 it says "photocopy", instead of showing me a folder number to order and/or acquire/find.

Does anyone know what this means?

Interestingly, this friend also has a Hitachi CT5011, which is also a projection TV and the same SAMS directory also says "photocopy" for that one too.

Is there something special with SAMS and Projection TVs going on here?

Thank you.
Best always,
AJ

Photocopy means it's not a Sam's authored Photofact folder but rather a photocopy of manufacturer supplied service data.

In the 80s onwards the repair industry and Sam's was going downhill.. As Sam's went downhill they returned to their roots. Their earliest sets were reprints of factory literature too.
