Semiconductor Substitutions

I am working on a Samsung QN75QN90CAFXZA using the Samsung BN44-01168B power supply. The QN906CS and QN907CS devices were shorted. They are marked 60R360QS. I will be trying STF13N60M2 as a replacement, as it looks as if it matches pretty well.

Replaced QN906 and 7CS. That part of the power supply came up and reviled DM912C and DM914C to be shorted. I replaced them with the correct diodes. The TV is now working.

The joy was short lived. Turns out the panel was shorted. One section was drawing about 300 watts after it played for about two hours. So that was the end of that. I have a good power board though.
