Service for Packard Bell Needed
 

Hello,
Is there a forum member here in the bay area that can bring my 7R4 back up to speed? I bought it used, it is all original. It does work, but not properly. Starts off loud, goes soft, sometimes no FM. Needs a thorough service, cap refresh, alignment etc. I am not an electronics technician, so I need help with this one. Suggestions for/from a technician invited.
