16gp4g ?

Anyone know what deflection angle a 16GP4G picture has? .. and what does the 'G' on the end of the number mean?

According to my Sylvania Tube service manual(1951):

Metal Cone lip contact
Deflection angle : 70 degrees

Requireds focus coil and single maginet ION Trap.

16GP4g is an all glass version
16GP4A has a clear faceplate
16GP4B has a frosted faceplate

I can e-mail you a scan of al the specs if necessary.

The 16GP4 is a shallower tube than the 16AP4. Not sure of the deflection angles on either one, but you DEFINITELY cannot swap without moving the yoke bracketing and drilling holes, and all kinds of unpleasant things....
