I'm pretty sure this set made a couple of appearances in the movie "Down With Love."

Not for sure, but this set looks somewhat similar to a Silvertone Polaraman has... regarding the controls... same set-up. His has a more elaborate cabinet. In fact, doesn't your set have a record player in it, Rich?

Mine is a combo and has the record player.

I have been looking at this set. I may place a bid on it. I hop the seller gets back with me soon. I can't pick it up for a little while. York is about 30 miles from my folks place. I would really like to check out what he is selling in person.

I put a bid on the set. I will not be able to pick it up till Presidents holiday weekend. I would not dare to ask my folks to pick up the set. They say I have more than enough televisions already. :thumbsdn: It would be interesting to see whay is there.
