Anybody recognize this cabinet
Hey folks:
I found this interesting electronics cabinet the otherday. It is a mystery to me, as the only label is on the rear frame, a fiber ellipse with 37 stamped on it. 37 is penciled on the 4 removable legs also. Foil paper lines the upper portion. There are two speaker positions in the bottom plate, 6" and 5", cloth still survives. A small chassis was once mounted in the bottom. The left side near the rear features a door that once slid open. It is deep enough to hold a small TV. Could also be a radio of course. Wow, that's a poser...Obviously, that must have been a real bucks-up rig in its day...

PS: The door handles are not original.

Wonder if it was an E.H. Scott, or Midwest or somesuch as that?

Somebody on the TV post suggested a Guild HIFI. Ring any bells?
