silvertone 21" color
 

this is the set i bought off of ebay a few months back. still havent got it in the house yet. i replaced the picture tube with an rca hi-lite with the dark faceplate and the color is amazing. there is a .002 @ 2000v cap in the vertical out section that is the tubluar ceramic with wax on the ends. can i replace that with a 1600v cap and be safe. vert is good but i dont want it shorting out. also the horizontal jerks cant seem to find the problem. it looks to be based on the rca ctc15 chassis. any ideas on the horiz problem thanks steve
