Is this small CRT usefull to anyone?
 
Saw this on ebay, probably for a scope, but I was not sure so I will let you folks decide.

I believe that will work in one of those little 3" Pilot TVs from 1947-48. Could be wrong, but I THINK they'll work in that set...

7 is the orange phosphor if i recall.

It is a P7 phosphor, long persistence. Blue-white and fades to yellow. For specialized oscilloscope use. It wouldn't be particularly good for watching TV.

Moving images would smear and trail across the screen, still a good tube for testing purposes.
