IIRC there is/was one more in Kentucky somewhere, but it was in a group of entries lost when a hard drive crashed in 2003
. (I now keep the latest list on two computers and my MP3

As for the two listed as B111, the one in CT is now operational.
Arrangements are in place for me to inspect this latest 'B111' CT-100 this Friday.
