This is the latest score of my collection. Anyone have any idea in what year those were made?
I found that so cute I knew I had to buy it. But that was not the main reason for buying it. I bought it for nostalgic reasons, because I had thousands of these littles TVs when I was a kid. Same type, with a button below that you pressed to view slides. Every newsstand in Rio de Janeiro in the 1980's had tons of these toy TVs to sell. Unfortunately I usually broke all of them, they were so fragile. Only differences between the ones I had in the 80's and that one is that the ones I had were "1960's style TV sets" and they had color slides to view. I have been searching for this kind of toy television for years, without any luck. Oddly, I was able to find this american model, but can't find the type I had as a kid.
In the auction, there was a "genious" who asked "how many channels it was able to receive" .
