Nope. Not my set. Mine has the full doors. Toasted mahoganny. "Regency". Actually, a very handsome set. In spite of it's present condition. Looks like it was mint when the lady put it in storage. She was the original owner. Said it was stored in her attic for 30 years.

Can anyone find me any orig. items for my set, such as sales tag, sales receipt with price paid, owner's mannual, advertisement? Thanks. Bill Cahill

I will be proud of this set when it's done. It will take some time.

Width problem? Two things come to mind, assuniong this set is totally re capped, and all new electrolytics.
1 Yoke
2 Mica caps going to the dual adjustment cpas on back of chassis.
Then, of course, there's
3 Width coil.

That part was known to sometimes suddenly fail.
Usually shorts.
So does yoke.

Did you replace all the paper caps in the hv cage?
Two on vert. winding of yoke.
Two on damper tube.
