The proper LO frequencies are:

Ch 2: 81.0
Ch 3: 87.0
Ch 4: 93.0

Yours are all too low. There may be a trimmer that will bring them all up, but, if not, adjust the individual trimmers for each channel.

Your sound will then work fine.
