Here's the Beverly Hillbillies show Carmine and Charlie mentioned. I grabbed these images from an MPEG downloaded from liketelevision.com

I also remember a few "Honeymooners" episodes with vintage TV sets in the plot. In the Lost Episodes series "Kramden vs. Norton" they fight over a TV set won at a movie theater, circa 1955 I think.
