The Prog Line tranceivers were indeed trunk and head units. They could be used in business (commercial) band, fire or police bands, and a lot of them were turned into ham band tranceivers and repeaters. If yours is on 6 meters, then it was a low band FM unit and probably had an output of 25-50 watts. I wasn't able to find any info on your specific model. They are generally considered "boat anchors" today, although if you can get the crystals for the frequencies you need, they still work! Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
