That camera looks similar to the one I recall seeing while on a tour of the NBC studios in Rockefeller Center back in the early 70's

They had it in a small hot room and it was live. There was a monitor next to it that you could see yourself on in real time. IIRC it was B&W which struck me as odd......especially after having seen a control room filled with color Curtis Mathes monitors (or so I recall).
