Most of my favorites have already been mentioned, The Conway Korman team was side splitting hilarious and the Monty Python stuff was fantastic.
I really like the "Who's Line Is It Anyways" cast, especially Ryan Styles and Colin Mochirie. Sitcoms don't even come close to making me laugh that hard.
