Vertical problem was caused by an open vertical oscilator transformer.
Unfortunately, following the same color codes for putting in new one proved a bad idea.
New one is normal. Red-Blue. Primary.
Green -Yellow, Secondary.
Then I found out from schematic RCA was goofy.
Green-Yellow, Primary
Red-Blue, secondary.
Had to have chassis at odd angle to replace trasformer. It slipped, and nearly fell on floor.
I grabbed it with both hands, and, saved it.
However, two tubes got knocked out with severely bent pins, fixed that, and, it broke the adjustment core in last video I F transformer.I now have to replace that!
I think this set doesn't like me.....
