Be patient. Those things typically don't leap off the shelves.
To a non-collector, that is basically a 200-pound table that takes up a lot of space and doesn't do anything.
Meanwhile, don't go back there or phone back too often. That will just convince her that she has a sucker nibbling on the hook :-)
