Change the Elemencos as well as the electrolytics. The set is a fine one. Also, if this has a record changer it is a Collaro made changer. I would make sure the idler wheel is in good clean condition with no flat spots. The motor will need a little oiling with something like 10W machine oil and the changer gear mech will need cleaning and greasing as well as all pivot points. It's well worth a restore!
