Like the subject line sez, just got me one of these. Haven't fired it up yet, but this is not a solid state unit. Am wondering how new this goes up to, and if I should consider getting another unit instead. My period of interest is roundies up thru the late 70's (and perhaps mid 80's)

Do some of the newer solid state BK's handle the roundies? Am open to suggestions as to model numbers. Thanks!
