I was finally able to utilize the site Phil provided and make a DVD. My Admiral model C2256 N had slight compression at the top of screen. Swapping a couple tubes a couple years ago solved that. But there has since been a slight bend at the top of the screen still. I thought a test pattern would be nice to have and I would use the Sams in order to set the horizontal via adjustment shafts on back of the set. With some help from my wife on the screen side I was able to eliminate nearly all of it. Now it is not noticeable to me while viewing tv shows, never was noticeable by anyone else, (they dont understand anyways). If there is a flaw in something in video, I find myself staring at that more than the presentation itself. I can ignore rattles in cars, people talking, and noise in general. But have never found a way to ignore video faults. At 50 years young, maybe it is too late.
