There's a radio database at grillecloth.com that will list the possible radios when you put in a list of tubes.
http://www.grillecloth.com/sylvania/tubelist.php Only two use the list you gave, Stewart Warner R140 and Capital W120. But if the second tube is 6D6 there are 240! 96 are listed if the second tube is a 78 (6C6, 6D6, and 78 are all interchangeable to a degree).
