Yours looks very close in size and shape, and could be a later model. The brackets were a good idea though to eliminate the grille problems.

My magnifier has no decal, but otherwise looks just like the one shown on tvhistory. The legs may be homemade. His papers include a pencil mechanical drawing with dimensions.

I have continuity on the 3KP4 CRT filament, but no Beltron to try it out further.

Using a 3KP1 for troubleshooting sounds like a good idea. Anybody have a spare you'd like to sell?
