Well, I'm pretty stoked! I had my first success with my beltron. I tried it out on my 17lp4 for my old Zenith and the emissions were not that great. When it slowly came up it was around .90. So I tried the cleaning function. It all went as the instructions described. I went back to the test and as soon as I had 6.3 volts ...zoom up it went and was very close to 1. And when interrupted it held for a significant amount of time.
So I am happy! The beltron works as it's supposed to (at least the test and cleaning functions) and my crt is good.
