I really don't know what to say except that it is a sad commentary on the values and ethics of this generation. I mean, come on, he used just as much energy destroying the thing and then cleaning up his mess (assuming he bothered) as he would have carrying it down two lousy flights of stairs. And let's not forget the light fixture - hope he pulls the fuse first 
Hell, I'm 5'4" and I carried two bedroom sets, a rocking chair and two tables (all solid wood) down twelve flights of stairs after Katrina because someone was kind enough to give them to me.
So I assumed the worst and replied, "Please forgive me - I was not aware of your physical limitations. Two flights of stairs would be pushing it for someone in your condition." Now, physical or mental, that's debatable. |
He found what you said so "offensive" that he had to disable the comments and take down what you said..
But least he realized the TV was priceless...
