I've got a 12LP4A and the filament reads about 1.5V (low but still useful) and it's packed (see Packing and shipping) if anybody actually needs it (I don't have the chassis anymore)...It's a GE not the DuMont (it replaced one I'm told in a Stromberg Carlson set).
