That Philco is the one called "Philco Miss America", right? Model year 1955, here in Brazil was manufactured from 56 till about 58 ( I think ). Mine is a console, 21 inch model. I don't think the one on eBay is a Miss America, it's earlier, 1953 i think.
Have you tried Moyer for the flyback?
