I believe it was restored before it hit the back yard, I noticed a new variable resistor. here are some more photo's of the restore, something with so much history I couldn't wait to start it. I am glad the black widow didn't bite me when I was carrying the cabinet to the car, she was hiding right underneath. I working on polishing up the screws, hopefully I can wipe the cabinet down and see how much of the finish is missing...I was browsing the net and seen at action one brought 975$ in 1997.

After much buffing, and finally the buffing wheel, I get a beautiful shine out of the worn and dull formica. Wonder what I could coat it with? Seems that the oil from your hands won't wipe off



Who would have thought that under all the grime there is beautiful silver plate



I think this is the first radio I have gotten that I get suck a strong vibe from. Well next is the knobs, heres the insides. It looks like it may have been restored before it found its old home in the back yard.
