As Andy says, those are very tricky on the corner convergence, and any loosening of the yoke, or weakening of corner magnets can cause that problem. You might be able to improve it by placing a small (dime-sized or smaller) magnet around the corner of the tube, and moving it around, rotating it, flipping it, etc., until you find the best spot. Then glue it in place. Just to mention, the cause of the problem is most likely that the TV was banged, and the shadow mask is bent slightly. I saw 1000s of cases of that in flat tubes after the 1994 earthquake.
