The bottom of my leather case says Philco model H-2010. The paper label inside was scraped when removing the chassis, so it says "Philco <scrape>" .
I don't know whether the model numbers would be the same or different for Canadian vs US. I know they differ for some radio manufacturers.
I'm guessing it's the same TV. Before you go to the trouble of scanning, you might leaf through the pages and see whether there are diagrams or pictures that would help in my lazy-man's goal.
